CYO Football Registration Now Open for Fall 2025 Season

CYO Football at St. Francis Xavier Parish offers young athletes in grades 1–8 an opportunity to grow in faith, character, and athleticism. Rooted in the Catholic Youth Organization’s mission, our program emphasizes dignity, respect, and teamwork.

Program Details

Flag Football

Grades 1–4

Fee: $165 per athletes

Rookie Tackle Football

Grades 5–6

Fee: $220 per athlete

Tackle Football

Grades 7-8

Fee: $220 per athlete

Note: A jersey fee is additional.

Practices and games are held at facilities designated by the CYO charter and bylaws. Team placements are determined accordingly.

Registration Requirements

Help plan and support community-building events throughout the year:

CYO Pre-Participation Form

Must be completed and signed by a physician. Valid for 13 months and must cover the entire season. Submit via email to sfxathleticforms@gmail.com before participation. Download form.

Birth Certificate

First-time participants must provide a copy, which will be kept on file.
