Basketball Registration – Winter 2026-2027 Season is now open.
Registration Deadline:
Grade school:Regular Registration Sept 10 – Oct 1 $150
Late Registration Oct 2-Oct 9 $160.
High school:October 23rd, 2026.
CYO Basketball at St. Francis Xavier Parish offers boys and girls in grades 1–12 an opportunity to grow in faith, character, and athleticism. Our program emphasizes teamwork, respect, and personal development, aligning with the values of the Catholic Youth Organization.
Season Overview
Practice Begins as early as the 3rd week of October.
Eligibility
Participants must be parishioners of St. Francis Xavier and/or enrolled in St. Francis Xavier School. Public or homeschool students should be actively attending a Parish School of Religion program for the entire season.
Registration Fee.
$150 early, $160 late per athlete for Grade School 1-8. $150 per athlete for High School 9-12.
Registration Requirements
CYO Pre-Participation Form:
Must be completed and signed by a physician. Valid for 13 months and must cover the entire season. Submit via email to sfxathleticforms@gmail.com before participation. Download here.
Birth Certificate
First-time participants must provide a copy, which will be kept on file.
